Our manufacturing process seperates us from competitors in several ways. We use a patented durable urethane system that allows us to create features that are upto 50% less than comparable
sized custom pool waterfalls made from shotcrete, GRFC (glass reinforced
concrete), or polyester fiberglass. Secondly, our rock is molded from real
formations producing the ultimate in realism. Every
grain of sand, crack, and texture is duplicated. We color our rocks with 3-5 steps process using urethane
paints, this provides unsurpassed color retention and
chemical resistance to harsh pool chemicals.
The final seperating factor is that we manufacture the custom pool waterfalls at our centrally located, production facility in St. Louis, MO. We have a 100,000 sq. ft. building that allows us to produce features as long as 80 ft.
wide and 20 ft. tall. These features are built in modular sections so that they can be shipped and reassembled on the jobsite.This process allows us to have better control over the quality of our products and saves time and money during the installion process.
