Do I need electric to run the waterfalls?
You will need eletricity to run the pump that is used for the pool waterfalls, no other electricity is needed.

Do you install the waterfalls?
Currently We do not provide installation on our standard product line. however, on custom waterfalls installation is a seperate charge.

What is the durability of the color ?
Our waterfalls are painted with a high quality urethane paint that is durable enough to endure the two main environment challenges that our pool waterfalls are exposed to, Chlorine and UV rays.

Do they look like plastic?
No, our waterfalls are molded from real rock formations, capturing details of cracks and grains of sand.

What colors do they come in?
Currently there are four standard Colors to choose from: Fieldstone, Cobblestone, Sandstone and Spanish Rose. Custom colors may be requested on custom waterfalls.

What are they made out of?
Our waterfalls are made out of a state-of-the-art polyurethane plastic system and high performance coloring system. Urestone is unlike conventional Shotcrete, GFRC (glass reinforced concrete) or Polyester fiberglass artificial rock systems. It is in a category of its own. The System has unmatched realism in detail and coloring, long term resistance to weathering and freeze thaw environments and is the lightest weight system making it easy to ship and handle.

What is the warranty on the products?
Alll waterfalls come with a one year product warranty.

Do the rocks come with the waterfalls?
if you are interested in having accent rocks alongside your waterfall, please check out our waterfall combo page. Choosing from these opttions will save you more money than purchasing the accent rocks seperately.
